May 9, 2023

ATLANTA—May 9, 2023 For the fourth year in a row, Search Discovery, a data strategy and activation company focused on helping clients turn raw data into the right decisions, has ranked among the highest-scoring businesses on Inc. Magazine’s annual list of Best Workplaces for 2023.

Featured in the May/June 2023 issue, the list results from a comprehensive measurement of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company culture.

“Being recognized four years in a row as an Inc. Best Workplace is truly an honor. It isn’t easy to have a great place to work,” said Andy Smelser, head of People Services at Search Discovery. “When you consider everything our team has encountered over the past four years, with the pandemic, inflation, and uncertainty around every turn, it is truly a testament that every person on our team comes together to support each other and our clients. We achieve our great workplace with our great people.“
